Meet Jac, the founder of All Strength No Technique.

Jac’s Jiu Jitsu journey began in August 2023 after a simple request from his daughter:

“Dad, can we learn Jiu Jitsu together at home?”

The only problem? He had absolutely no idea what he was doing.

So instead of pretending he knew the answers, Jac stepped onto the mats himself to learn the basics. What started as a way to help his daughter quickly turned into a passion, and before long he had fallen in love with the sport, the community, and the never-ending journey of learning.

If you’ve ever trained with Jac, you’ll know two things:

😂 He has a special talent for finding (or creating) some of the worst rash guard designs imaginable.

That obsession with rash guards eventually sparked an idea.
